According to the Titrsanat reporter, this memorandum of understanding was signed with the aim of reviewing and expanding joint cooperation in the fields of specialized recruitment, introducing business opportunities, and developing technical-engineering services in domestic, regional, and international markets.
Ardeshir Fazeli, CEO of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Commercial Company, said at the ceremony: “Given our company’s extensive activity in international markets and our commercial ties in Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, we need to benefit from the expertise and technical capabilities of reputable Iranian companies.”
He added: “As the most capable engineering-focused company within the Mobarakeh Steel Group, the technical-engineering company of Mobarakeh can be an effective partner in developing these markets.”

The CEO of the Mines Commercial Company noted: “Alongside our commercial activities, the technical-engineering division of our company conducts project studies and evaluations in international markets. This cooperation creates the opportunity for synergy between Mobarakeh Steel’s engineering capacities and commercial opportunities abroad.”
This agreement is expected to be an effective step in expanding Iran’s role in the engineering services market and in creating new pathways for exporting the technical expertise of the steel and mining industries.
