In the current conditions, where the steel market is facing multiple challenges, we are seeking to stabilize and expand our competitive position through a comprehensive strategic plan.
He outlined the company’s overarching strategy based on three key pillars: · Enhancing product quality indicators in line with international standards
· Expanding after-sales service systems and providing engineering solutions to customers
Expanding strategic partnerships in domestic and regional markets
The Deputy Sales Director of Khouzestan Steel, referring to the company’s export development plans, said: “Through detailed assessments of global markets, we have identified promising opportunities in Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and African countries, and we aim to increase our share in these markets.”
Vakili referred to the company’s innovative plans and added: “Developing specialized and customized products to meet the specific needs of various industries is one of our priorities. This enables us to operate more competitively in global markets.”
