According to Titrsanat, at the end of the ceremony, top journalists and leading media outlets in the capital market sector were honored with certificates of appreciation and the festival’s statuettes.
At this festival, which was held with the participation of senior managers of financial institutions, capital market professionals, and representatives of economic media, Hojjatollah Seydi, the Head of the Securities and Exchange Organization, described the media as one of the main pillars of enhancing transparency and strengthening public trust in the capital market. He emphasized the necessity of providing accurate and responsible analyses in covering stock market developments.
He described the role of specialized journalists in explaining the regulator’s policies and supporting informed decision-making by retail shareholders as essential.
Norouzpur, the Deputy Minister of Press Affairs at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, also stated that “money is the most timid component of the economy,” and described reducing psychological tension and uncertainty in public opinion as one of the most important duties of media in the capital market sector. He urged economic journalists to not only provide real-time coverage of the market, but also to focus on financial literacy education and presenting a stable, long-term narrative of the capital market.
He emphasized that producing analytical and solution-oriented content can play a decisive role in increasing optimism and stabilizing investor behavior.
In the final part of the ceremony, the winners of the 7th Capital Market and Media Festival were announced in the categories of reports, analyses, interviews, opinion pieces, and multimedia content, and they were honored with special certificates and statuettes of the festival.
It was also emphasized that the festival plays a key role in creating a cohesive network between media professionals and capital market institutions, enabling more professional follow-up of stock market issues and strengthening specialized dialogue in this field.
