The managers of the company told Titrsanat that, despite multiple challenges such as energy imbalance and transportation limitations, “by applying innovative management solutions, we have turned these challenges into opportunities for improving efficiency and expanding markets.”

Despite difficult conditions in which many manufacturing units were facing serious challenges, the company maintained stable production and succeeded in localizing special steel plates, including the X65MS grade.

This strategic product, which was previously imported, is now used in national oil, gas, and energy projects. Despite all limitations, Khouzestan Oxin Steel has not only maintained its production line but has also taken significant steps toward sustainable development by expanding new markets and diversifying its products.

The company’s managers stated that “effective management is the key to overcoming crises” and expressed hope that the company’s experiences could pave the way for other industrial units in the country. The booth has attracted widespread attention from industry professionals and has showcased a successful example of industrial resilience under challenging conditions.
